July 20, 2011 - Frankfurt, Germany – GROUP Business Software AG (GBS) has announced Version 6.0 of iQ.Suite Store, their successful email archiving solution. The new version features a number of powerful functions designed to facilitate the daily tasks of users working with Lotus Notes Domino or Microsoft Exchange platforms for email communication. The new version’s main focus is on productivity, transparency and investment protection in the context of legally compliant email archiving.

For instance, it is now possible to easily restore a user’s entire electronic correspondence from the archive to his mailbox or, where required, to a colleague’s mailbox. “Before, when an employee left the company, it was quite difficult to retrieve his or her business-related communication content. A further highlight is the full-text search feature, which provides users with a very efficient and time-saving means to search for emails or attachments. Also new is the automatic integration into the Lotus Notes Mail application (R8) as well as support for Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2010.
