Changing Product Headers in Absence Notifications

With iQ.Suite Version 13 it is now possible to configure header of
the absence notification using the "Toolkit_Clerk_Logo" parameter.
By default, the header contains information on the module and the server.

To control the layout, you can now use the "Toolkit_Clerk_Logo" parameter under “Global Parameters”.
Use the Value field to specify a text that will be added to the actual message of the absence notification, separated by a dash.
If set to “None”,
neither a text nor the dash is output.
