Manage PST files more effectively

Emails archived with the PST import function are assigned to their own folder in Outlook. iQ.Suite Store now offers a new feature for this situation, which is explained here.

Step by Step:

• Previously it was only possible to use one target folder for all users, with a defined Outlook folder name, or to use the original name of the PST file
• Experience has shown that users prefer to use the original file name, as this makes it easier to assign emails to projects and so on
• If a user has several Outlook PST files to be imported and archived, however, the result can be a long, confusing list of Outlookfolders
• To address this problem, iQ.Suite Store now allows you to use a combination of a specified folder name and the original PST file names
