Requirements:
1.) A new administration console (Notes Client 8.0.2 or higher necessary)
1.1) Upgrading the Notes Client
In order to be able to use the administration console, the Notes-Client has to be ugraded by the iQ.Suite-Widget. Knowledge in how to use Widgets (Window objects) is required.
1.2) Administrator page
1. Install iQ.Suite. Please note that the new administration console is only available starting at version 12.3.
2. Ensure that the file admin_frontend.xml and the data base g_update.nsf are contained in iQ.Suite’s data directory on the Dominoserver, in <update>.
sind. The database contains the client extensions (Plug-ins), while the XML file defines the storage location of the database.
To display the Notes area ‘My Widgets’, the toolbar for Widgets has to be shown Which settings are required for this within the Notes-Client, depends on the Client version.
The setting for the Notes-Client 8.0.2 can be found at: File -> Defaults ->
‚Widgets’ -> Control box: display the tool bar for window objects and side bar window ‘My Window Objects’

1.3. Integrate the fileadmin_frontend.xml into the Notes-Client.
a) Select'open' in the classic administrator console and then the Widgetdistribution button.

b) Check, whether the icon of the iQ.Suite Widget is available byclicking on 'test' in image/picture.
The icon's only purpose is to distinguish the iQ.Suite Widget from otherwidgets, but it does not affect its functionality.
> If the correct server is entered into the server address (HTTP),the iQ.Suite Widget icon is going to be displayed in the browser: The pre-setvalue, or values, are determined depending on the information of the notesaddress book.
> If an incorrect server is entered for server address (HTTP), pleaseenter the server from which the iQ.Suite Widgets will be accessed manually. Onthis server, the HTTP server task must be run.
c) Check, whether the correct server is entered in the server address(NRPC). From this server, the XML file admin_frontend.xml of the iQ.SuiteWidget is accessed. The NRPC server task must be run from this server.
d) In order for all changes of the server address (HTTP) and/or serveraddress (NRPC) are adopted into the XML file admin_frontend.xml, click on theREFRESH WIDGET button.
The iQ.Suite Widget is refreshed.
1.4. Drag & drop the XML file admin_frontend.xml into the side barwindow 'My Widgets'. The components are installed and the Notes-Client isrestarted. This may take a few seconds.
1.5. Click DEFAULTS ('PREFERENCES') -> IQ.SUITE -> CONFIGURATION
and ADD:

1.6. Check thefollowing information:
a) Server name(‚Common Name') or IP address of the Domino server are stored correctly.
b) The serverrefers you to the correct iQ.Suite data directory.
1.7. IfiQ.Suite is installed on multiple servers, you can
switch back and forth betweenthese servers using the new administration console:

If necessary, define additionalservers using ADD.
2.) Thesimpler and "smaller" the file format of the image is, the better the convertercan process and use it as a watermark.
