Personalized signatures in representative-mails

If you send an email from another user's mail file, it usually is your personal contact information that appears in the trailer.

This email was sent by Tamer Ekiz from Andreas Richter's mail file to Matthias Röder.

If you want to include the personal contact info of the mail file owner instead of yours, you need to change the "Field in email" in the trailer document to the value "Principal".

A rife example is an assistant sending emails on behalf of his supervisor.

In the "Principal" field, Lotus Notes holds the information from which mail file an email is sent.

The name of the person who has actually sent the email is held in the "From" field.

After the modification, the email trailer looks like this:

Note: The standard trailer job used in this case is called "personalized".
