27 SEPTEMBER 2011: Controlling and Monitoring of Projects with PAVONE Project Management

Speakers:
Ingo Erdmann, Sales Consultsant, GBS

Webcast Summary:
PAVONE Project Management makes your project planning, project controlling, coordination, reporting and documentation more efficient. After planning your project, resources are instructed automatically about their tasks and required documentation. They can then report back completeness status or time and effort directly into the system. That way, project managers have an overview of the most recent project status. This enables them to directly identify projects that are over budget or have a risk of delay of important milestones.

An integrated Gantt diagram implemented in Java allows viewing and editing the project structure graphically in both an IBM Lotus Notes client and a Web browser. The workload of resources as well as a project analysis (for example, effort and cost distribution) can be viewed in a graphical representation.

An integrated Workflow Management component supports the project team members in with automated processes such as phase approval, resource request or travel expenses.
