Annual document in accordance with section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)
Financial year 2008 (from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008)
Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz WpPG) which came into effect on 1 July 2005 requires all issuers of securities who are listed on an organized market to annually provide the public with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available in the previous twelve months by the corporation to the public in accordance with certain statutory provisions for the capital market.
This document exclusively serves the purpose of meeting the obligations that arise from section 10 of the WpPG.
