Mr. Ott acquired via his bank 47,500 stocks which the bank had purchased
via XETRA and which were allotted as a block of stocks to Mr. Ott. Since the
bank purchased the stocks, this deal – in accordance with section 15a WpHG - is
to be declared an off-market deal in the announcement. The announcement comes
into effect on 06/06/2007 which is the date of the bank’s billing. In this
context, the announcement released on 11/06/2007 was corrected by the
announcement of 30/07/2007.
