6. iQ.Suite Tips and Tricks for Lotus Domino: Append Trailers Only Once
iQ.Suite Trailer is the solution designed to handle the centralized
integration of disclaimers or other legal notices into outgoing emails.
In a longer email thread (reply to reply etc.) it may be useful to add
the trailer text only once.
All it takes to prevent the trailer from being appended every single time, are a few easy steps, described here.
7. Exchange/SMTP Corner: iQ.Suite Trailer and Job Variables
By default, different sorts of information can be retrieved from the
Active Directory and integrated into Trailer documents. The data refers
to the email sender, such as name, title, department, phone/fax numbers
as well as email addresses.
In addition, you can use further iQ.Suite processing variables, such as the date and time, the server, the message ID, the restricted/unrestricted recipient setting and the topic.
To find out more on how to set up this list variables according to your specific requirements, follow this link.
