Email delegation management – quick and easy
The iQ.Suite Clerk app allows employees on vacation or sick leave to activate absence management from their smartphones or tablets. Being present in the workplace is no longer necessary. The app provides mobile access to iQ.Suite Clerk key functions:
- Define start and end of absence
- Edit existing Clerk forwarding documents
- Configure and activate email re-direction to deputy
- Access contacts to determine forwarding address
- Edit absence message
The iQ.Suite Clerk app has been optimized iOS (Version 7 and later) and Android (Version 4.2 and later) for smartphones and tablets.
Absence template limitations are disregarded by the iQ.Suite Clerk app. The app accesses an example environment by default. Please contact the appropriate IT specialist at your company to access iQ.Suite Clerk and obtain information on your individual configuration, which can
then be stored in the app‘s “settings” menu. If you have any support questions, your first step should be to contact your company‘s IT department.
The productive use of the iQ.Suite Clerk app requires a valid corporate license for mobile and web-based access to your iQ.Suite for HCL Domino with a current maintenance agreement (Version 18.0.1). If you do not have a license yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
