GDPR-ready with the GDPR Compliance Manager
With the GDPR Compliance Manager, GBS presents a new solution which allows the implementation of many of the central requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) in a user-friendly manner. Thanks to pre-defined procedures and forms, it is possible to start directly with the execution of many processes defined in the EU GDPR, which have become mandatory since May 2018.This includes

Processes for handling information requests

Handling of internally detected data breaches

Creation of a processing directory

Conducting data protection impact assessments

Management of consents for the storage of personal data
The GDPR Compliance Manager is ideal for fulfilling the documentation obligation, since every change to a process is logged. In addition, a summary report in PDF format is generated for each process at the end of the period. The GDPR Compliance Manager offers extensive support without the need to invest a lot of time and effort in the development of the EU GDPR processes. With the help of partly graphic tools, the processes, forms and email notifications can be easily adapted to company-specific needs. more >>
