New versions - with numerous innovations - of our email management platform iQ.Suite will be available at the end of the month. Stay on top of the game with iQ.Suite 19.0 for IBM Domino/Verse and iQ.Suite 15.0 for Microsoft Exchange/SMTP.
One highlight in particular: We are expanding our email security solution iQ.Suite DLP to include intelligent analysis of email traffic and the recognition of anomalies. Irregular email user behaviour is identified; information is collected and evaluated. Should discrepancies be detected, various actions can be taken.
Phishing still isn’t an easy problem to solve but GBS can help you minimise the risk of being tricked by digital thieves. The Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engine integrated in iQ.Suite Watchdog enables more effective phishing protection with the identification, analysis and evaluation of web links in emails.
The new version of iQ.Suite will significantly improve your spam protection using the numerous recognition methods offered by the Kaspersky Anti-Spam Engine and the cloud protectionoption.
With the new release, Azure-hosted iQ.Suite can assume the management of Office 365 mailboxes, processing inbound and outbound emails, in addition to internal emails. Optionally, hybrid scenarios can also be realised with iQ.Suite run on-premise, thereby making the full range of iQ.Suite solutions available to Office 365 customers.
Last but not least, GBS focuses on browser-based email signature management. By integrating the Trailer module in iQ.Suite WebClient, we’ve simplified the editing and management of trailer contents, documents, graphics and attachments.
You will be receiving further information about these and other developments in a separate mailing in the coming weeks. All solutions will be available in our Download area at the end of May.
