GROUP Business Software strengthens BULPROS Group
GROUP Business Software Europa GmbH (GBS), leading vendor of email and workflow management solutions, is now part of the BULPROS Group. By taking this step, each company emphasizes the significance of information technology as one of the most important drivers of growth in the digital transformation.
Germany has been a core market for BULPROS since 2010, generating more than 70% of the company’s revenue. The company has strengthened its position in the German market over the past two years.
GBS reinforces this growth strategy with its product portfolio in messaging security and collaboration, as well as the coupling of cloud, mobile and social business technologies.

With GBS, the BULPROS group’s staff will increase to 900 employees at fourteen branch offices worldwide; approximately 300 of these staff members will be employed at seven German sites (Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig, Karlsruhe, Wuppertal, Paderborn and Fulda).
