Approach to replacing the savapi.key file:

In the following section, you will find the standard paths of the various email systems and operating systems combinations. The variable %EXECDIR% represents the path to the program directory of your iQ.Suite installation, whereas %ProgramFiles% is the path of your Windows program directory.

Download the current savapi.key file

Expiry date: 12/04/2018
Step 2

Change the existing file savapi.key in the path indicated below:

iQ.Suite Exchange/SMTP
%ProgramFiles%\GROUP Technologies\iQ.Suite\Bin\Savapi or

Here you can download the QuickFix for the following versions:

iQ.Suite 12.1.0, 12.1.1 and 12.1.2 for Microsoft Exchange/SMTP

Copy QuickFix.exe in \bin index and run (on Win2008 or higher: “Run as Administrator”).

If version 12.1.3 is not installed, a message will be displayed. After a successful update of the configuration, a success message appears: "Update successfully completed."

QuickFix.exe can only fix fingerprint patterns that are delivered with the GBS setup.

Patterns that you have created and are affected by this issue will be handled in dialog. You must subsequently install these patterns and maintain them manually.
